		<description>I was judging at the the national wine show in Canberra, Australia, a few years ago and the associate judge on my panel liked one wine that the rest of us panned. When asked about the level of VA (so bad even I noticed it) he said, "Yeah, but it's a good volatile acidity." To which another judge responded, "Is that like smelling your own farts?"
