<description>Thomas, nice to have you back. I'm pretty much on your side on the Piedmont barrique civil war. A couple years back, my wife and I and some friends visited winemaker Giuseppe Rinaldi, a militant of the Barolo old school. He was at first stand-offish about yet another bunch of Americans, but when we indicated we were not fans of the Bush administration, he opened up. Down in the cellar, as he pulled one barrel sample after another for us, we all ended up chanting, "No Bush! No Blair! No Berlusconi! No barrique!"</description>
