Going to be putting together an order for pork, lamb, bison, chicken, and eggs, all raised locally and on the earth--not on corn, which has become unearthly. Along with produce from the greenhouse that my wife and I erected last year, I am in food heaven this year. I am a believer. Keith,

The best Italian restaurant in our city tried to keep calves' liver on the menu but I apparently was the only person who ordered it.
